4. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

4.1. Linas Agro e-shop administration purposes
- For the purpose of creating and managing your account in the e-shop, Linas Agro processes the following personal data: e-mail address, password, IP address, address, date of registration and consent to receive newsletters, date of last visit; personal information (if provided by the user): name, telephone number, information on the position held and the place of work. This personal data is collected on the basis of concluding and executing the contract and is stored for 3 (three) years from your last login.
- For the purpose of order fulfillment and e-commerce organization, Linas Agro handles the following personal data: name, surname, telephone number, IP address, purchase history, delivery address, payment details, order-delivery action history, return history, communication with you. These personal data are collected for the purposes of contract execution and legal obligation (to issue invoices) and are stored for 10 (ten) years from the execution of the sales contract. Your data required for payment is transferred to UAB Paysera LT.
- For the purpose of order delivery, Linas Agro processes the following personal data: name, surname, telephone number, address, post office information, shipment number. These personal data are processed on the basis of the performance of the contract and are stored for 10 (ten) years from the performance of the sales contract. For the purpose of order delivery, your personal data may be transferred to courier services, for example, UAB Venipak Lietuva, UAB DPD Lietuva.
- For the purpose of administration of customer inquiries / complaints, Linas Agro processes the following personal data: name, surname, e-mail. email address, information in the request / complaint. These personal data are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in ensuring the quality of services provided and are stored for 2 (two) years from the resolution of the request.
4.2. Communication with customers
- If you agree (subscribe to the newsletter, mark it when registering or purchase in the e-shop), Linas Agro processes the following personal data for direct marketing purposes: name, surname, e-mail, postal address, telephone number. This personal data is processed on the basis of your consent and is stored for 3 (three) years from the date of consent. - For the purpose of assessing the client's ability to perform the contract, Linas Agro handles the following personal data: name, surname, personal identification number, declared and actual place of residence, date of declared place of residence, telephone number, personal document data (number, date of issue, etc.), marital status information, the number of minor children and dependents, information on available movable and immovable property, data from the real estate register, information from seizure and mortgage registers, credit rating and settlement history. This personal data is processed on a contractual basis. Data that is not necessary for the conclusion of the contract are destroyed after the assessment, and other personal data is stored for 10 (ten) years after the conclusion of the contract. Linas Agro does not collect all the specified data when assessing the ability of customers to perform contracts, the amount of personal data collected depends on the form of the contract and the chosen form of payment (paid immediately or with a deferral, etc.). - For the purpose of concluding and executing purchase, sale and service contracts, Linas Agro processes the following personal data: name, surname, personal identification code, personal document data, e-mail. postal address, address of residence, telephone number, marital status, bank account number, VAT payer code, farmer's certificate number, list number of registered feed business operators, data on concluded transactions and their execution. These personal data are processed on the basis of concluding and executing the contract and stored for 10 (ten) years after the expiry of the contract. 4.4. Video surveillance
For the purpose of ensuring the security of persons and property (video surveillance) Linas Agro processes the following personal data: the image and movement of a person entering the field of surveillance of video cameras. These personal data are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in ensuring the security of property and bystanders and are stored for 14 (fourteen) days from the making of the record.
